All goods displayed are subject to availability. We will let you know quickly if the goods you have ordered are not available via email and do our best to ensure that our stock records displayed on the website are always up to date.

In Delivery times, it's normal that sometimes delays may occur and we do apologize on our end if in anyway we have dissatisfied your expectations. However with next day delivery orders, Sky Lanterns Republic will dispatch the outstanding orders same day and more likely you should receive your goods the next working day. This said, our next day deliveries are in no way guaranteed . In cases for unfulfilled expectations we are not responsible for such delays unless we have not dispatched your orders on the same day. In any case, you can track your ordered parcels online with the tracking code we provide you.

We strive to provide the best goods possible, however if you are not entirely satisfied with our goods and the item is new and in a re-saleable state you can inform us within seven working days and then return the packet for a replacement or refund. You have the right to cancel your contract within 7 days, and receive a full refund. However a refund will only be completed if the purchased item is returned in saleable state and it is the sole responsibility of the returner to pay for the shipping cost when sending the unwanted goods. Any items returned to us should include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging where possible. Once We have accepted to refund you, the process may take up to 28 days. Within this period we are obliged to pay the requested refund in full amount.
